We are very happy to stay here. The service was outstanding. Th e staffs were warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We arrived quite early and asked about early check-in, and the front desk kindly accommodated us, which we really appreciated. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was another highlight, with great quality and lovely service.

Hotel is in a great location, clean and the rooms were nice sized and remodeled. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was really nice. The front staff were very pleasant and helpful. There was an issue with the toilet running after flushing. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant one morning. The food was good but the waitress could have been more pleasant.

The peppermint hot chocolate was the most delicious I've ever had. I'm glad we had the top (5th) floor, though with the rain and wind overnight it was probably a little noisier than lower floors.

The room was clean and location of hotel is good, in a quiet location and not far from city. Bus 8 taken from bus stop opposite Botanic garden goes to the Gondola easily. Walkable to punting location. Very short distance to great restaurant - The Goldfinch.
