Staff were excellent as usual. Plenty of choice for breakfast, but you are only allowed one option, everything else is charged extra, even toast is £5.20! Evening meal was good.

We enjoyed our stay at the Avon Causeway. The food was great and the staff were helpful. Our room required climbing up some stairs and it was small but had everything we needed. The hotel was clean and we would return.

Great place to stay

Staff are outstanding , from checking in, evening meal and Amanda at breakfast, we loved the attentiveness and how friendly everyone was. We were in room 5, it was spotless, comfortable bed, good nights sleep , homemade cookies in a wee jar, soft towels , warm shower, fluffy towels . Wishing we were there longer - but will definitely return.

Lovely Hotel

Very nice property with many period features (it was a railway station originally). Staff were friendly and helpful. We know the fire alarm system works as it went off at 11.30PM (fortunately set off by steam from a shower not a fire). Only observation was that the breakfast seemed expensive didn't find out the quality as we went elsewhere.

I have dietary requirements and there was not a fridge in the room. A gentlemen allowed me to put my food in the fridge in the restaurant, Sarah told me in a loud voice in the bar area where customers were sitting that it was not allowed and i was extremely shocked. The other manager amanda decided to sit with me at breakfast and talk to me about a wake she had been to in birmingham, NOT APPROPRIATE

We loved the Railway station story & the local History. The staff were friendly & helpful our rooms was welcoming & stocked well with towels toiletry’s the bed & pillows were comfortable & clean . The bar & restaurant were also clean & tidy . Evening meal and breakfast was very good.
