The Space:

This two-bedroom apartment is ideally situated in the heart of Merivale, offering a prime location just moments away from an array of bars, cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket. Designed to provide a "home away from home" experience, the apartment is tastefully furnished and seamlessly connects to a shared garden setting, creating an idyllic retreat to unwind and rejuvenate.



The property features two well-appointed bedrooms, with one offering a queen bed and the other equipped with two single beds, catering to various accommodation needs. There is one shared bathroom and a fully appointed kitchen complete with laundry facilities.

Nice clean tidy apartment close to Merivale Mall! Convenient for short or long stay as restaurants and supermarket are a 5 minute walk It had a nice quiet secluded backyard setting! A pleasant change from staying in Christchurch city
