Stayed one night after arriving on the scenic train, walking distance from the station. Top quality apartments finished to a really good standard and spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchen area and beautiful bathroom. Easy walk to the Westfield shopping centre for everything you could need.

Highly recommended!

We arrived at motel after 6pm, and got in the room directly following the motel’s email instructions. Everything went smoothly without any issues. The room is spacious and very clean with a well equipped kitchen although we did not really use it. Our one night stay was very comfortable. Highly recommended!

The Golden Star hotel is it within walking distance of the train station. It's located in a commercial area, but we were extremely happy with the hotel itself. It was very clean and comfortable. The manager was extremely proactive and took care of the issues we were having which were very minor. I highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable stay

Reception upon arrival very good and friendly. Location excellent in terms of railway station, 15 minute walk, but if arriving late be aware restaurants locally shut around 9/ 9 30 pm. Bed very comfortable and facilities very good for our overnight stay. Only negative was communication was poor via hotels.com messgaing system.

One of the greatest place to stay in Christchurch

I called to request a room on ground floor and they promised. I arrived late after the check in and due to this I called to ask about a late check in. They also accommodated. The unit is spotless modern comfortable and is at least 3-4 star rating. I would return without doubt.
