A lovely room. Fantastic service. A real treat having kitchen tidied and bed made. Could hear water noise (shower?) from adjacent room. Bed was very firm. But until most serviceable and convenient to shops and restaurant and train station.

A very central property for an overnight stay in Christchurch. The motel is very clean and tidy, you can tell the owners take pride in the property. I was impressed at the thoughtful touches that are in the unit. The lady who greeted me at reception was so helpful and friendly. I found the bathroom was well laid out and the shower had good pressure. The only negative for me was the very firm bed but that is a personal preference.

The staff was lovely. The apartment itself was nice, including the beds I do need to point out that that main area (kitchen, lounge, dining area) is all tiled - the very hard and slippery type of tiles, which was not ideal at all for young kids as its dangerous. The other issues with the tiles is they were FREEZING, we visited during june, and we had to crank the heatpump up so high to try and keep warm. So if you're planning on spending time in the 2 bedroom unit - I'd choose somewhere that has carpet for a more comfortable stay

Fantastic lodgings

We chose this motel for its proximity to the train station, so it's slightly far from the main shopping/dining area. However, the room is fantastic with full amenities. The staff was very nice as well, giving us a room that was ready even though we arrived 4 hours before check-in time.

The unit is very cold, the tiles in the living area don’t help. Really needs underfloor heating or a rug. 1 two seater couch that was very uncomfortable and the beds were very hard and uncomfortable too :( Looks nice and clean, but just not comfortable for us sorry.

Standard clean and decent motel at a good price. Only downside was reception being shut when we arrived in the later evening in pouring rain.
