Welcome to the modern sophisticated three-storey townhouse in the heart of the city that has everything you need for your next stay.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area on the ground floor offer the perfect setting for relaxation, entertainment, and connecting with loved ones. Sink into the comfortable lounge space, surrounded by carefully curated designer furniture pieces and artwork – every detail has been considered to create a stunning home.

The living area is equipped with a 55-inch smart Samsung TV, soundbar, and Netflix – a great spot to hang out or to find a quiet spot to read a book.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with top-grade Smeg and Fisher & Paykel appliances, including an electric cooktop and oven, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

If you want to host a dinner or enjoy a relaxed long lunch, the spectacular dining space, with comfortable dining chairs and a beautiful glass round table, is the spot to while away the hours with good friends and great food.

As you head outside, you will find outdoor dining furniture perfect for soaking up the sun.

We loved the Cloud Nine Elegant Escape!

The Cloud Nine Elegant Escape was a lovely place to stay for our group of 2 couples. It was super clean and the layout was perfect with a bedroom and bathroom on each of the upper floors. We enjoyed walking just 5-15 minutes to cafes and restaurants, and the host was super helpful. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Christchurch!!
