Great 2 bedroom apartment, earlier located by bush inn with heaps of food options. Great location to Canterbury university. There was heaps of traffic. We had a front room and we are not use to traffic we did not know it was on a main road. Other than that place was really nice

Compared to other motels I have stayed at in this price range, the 315 motel stands atop the rest. This place offers a basic room in a relatively convenient location at an affordable price. Everything works and the place feels newly renovated. Only complaint I can possibly think of, which is honestly a nitpick if anything, is that the bathroom and bedroom both had skylights. The one in the bedroom had blinds that could provide extra privacy, whereas the bathroom didn't have this and felt a little exposed. Would definitely stay here again if I happened to be in the area.
