Fabulous location near the Great Zimbabwe. I loved the architectural style of the lodge that matched the ruins.

Very much in need of renovation, and basics need sorting. No electricity when you need it, cold/tepid water, pretty poor breakfast. Rooms were clean but they are just too far gone. Price doesn't reflect experience sorry to say.

Prior arrangement made were not honoured. No accountability was taken. We were advised that rooms include breakfast only to be told we have to pay for it on check-out.
