Lovely cottage in beautiful village location
Spent a lovely couple of nights at Harvey’s Corner Cottage. It is a comfortable well stocked home in a lovely village location. There are a couple of village shops very close by and a nice pub about 10 minutes walk away. We loved the log burner which was needed as the weather was cold. Would definitely return if we were visiting the area again. Thank you.

Lovely Cotswold stay!
We had a lovely stay at Harvey’s Corner Cottage. It was perfect for our group of 6 and a really beautiful house. Only feedback we’d give is the main bathroom needs a shower curtain or screen as it can flood rather easily! Overall a great place.

Great cottage in a fabulous location
We loved our stay at Harvey’s Cottage.
Comfortable beds, sofa, and plenty of space for all the family to happily sit, eat or play. Nice homely feel with the decor. Great village with excellent local shop, butchers and coffee shop. Friendly neighbours. Good walks from the door. Short drive to lots of other lovely villages & towns. We loved the Arts Week exhibitions both in Chadlington and Charlbury. All the ages in our family love the Cotswolds Wildlife Park, the pub in Churchill and the tea shops in Burford. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Warm comfy and spacious cottage
Five of us celebrated a 60th birthday in the Cotswolds and enjoyed the comfort of Harvey’s cottage. Despite arriving in a deluge, the cottage warmed up quickly, stove easy to get going. The downstairs area makes the cottage perfect for a group of adults, well equipped kitchen, dining room extension and spacious warm living room. Beds comfy. The only drawback was the tiny shower cubicle in the top en-suite. The shower head had had it and the design meant you couldn’t swing a soap on a teeny rope. If you like baths the bathroom below will be fine. Village shop and pub completed the enjoyable weekend

Perfect spot for our family to get together and very handy with shop and cafe nearby.
Well we couldn’t have picked a better week with wall to wall sunshine. The property was well equipped and spacious for the 5 of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and location was great for getting around to our usual spots of interest and so close to Diddly Squat.
For the time we were there I couldn’t fault it at all but would only comment that the lack of a shower in the main bathroom was a little awkward. The outside space looked at though the leaves hadn’t been swept off the outside furniture or that the table hadn’t been cleaned but then we were out most of the time so didn’t sit out. That being said I would definitely recommend this property.

Nice holiday
Lovely little house, but unfortunately the extractor hood was extremely dirty an greatly, even one of the lights were broken. The pans in the kitchen are really due for replacement, as the none stick coating is almost completely gone, which can be unpleased and even dangerous.
The lower kitchen cupboards are need een thorough cleaning
Despite the above, it is a lovely house.

Family of four with a 6yo and 2yo
We had a wonderful family stay at Harvey's Corner Cottage. The location was perfect as it was nearby to lots of family attractions such as Blenheim Palace, Fairytale Farm and Cotswold Wildlife Park. There is actually a playground within walking distance which was very handy for us. The rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. When we arrived, things like bread, eggs, butter an biscuits were left for us, which was a fantastic touch. The bathrooms were lovely (the water pressure was good, which I think is quite important!) Our kids loved the cottage as it was spacious enough for them to play in. They loved playing in the sort of "eaves" bit of the top bedroom especially. There are good dinner options around too - we particularly like the Tite Inn. Overall, it was a brilliant stay where we made special memories as a family. We hope to return next year.

Lovely country cottage
We had a lovely stay at Harvey's Corner Cottage. The cottage was more spacious than it appeared in the photos, stylishly decorated and very comfortable. It was great for us that there were 3 double beds and really sociable open plan space downstairs. Having 2 bathrooms was good but would have been better if there was a proper shower in the main bathroom rather than just the bath.
It was handy to have 1 dedicated parking space for the cottage but we did find it difficult to find parking for our 2nd car as the village is very busy and the road outside the cottage very narrow.
The location is really good, very pretty with a lovely well stocked village shop and really pleasant staff. There is a cafe in the village too but we avoided this, stock not very fresh looking and grumpy unhelpful staff. Really lovely villages and gastro pubs close by, Stow on the Wold and Bourton on the Water were wonderful.

Cute country cottage in a lovely quiet village in a great Cotswolds location
We really loved our stay. The cottage was gorgeous and perfect for 6 people. The kitchen had everything you should need. The village itself was perfect - The Tite Inn is a great place for a drink, and the staff are really friendly. The Chadlington Quality Foods deli is just a minute's walk away, and is perfect for morning pastries, bacon from the butchers, and quality ready meals if you want to avoid cooking. We ordered pizza from the coffee shop opposite the cottage on Saturday night, it was fantastic. Note - book your slot during the day as it gets booked up. Chadlington as a location is perfect for getting to Burford, Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm and Farmer's Dog Pub, Stow on the Wold, Chipping Norton, and more.
The only thing that disappointed us was how cold the property was when we turned up. Bearing in mind it was averaging -2c outside, we turned up to a property that likely hadn't had the heating on the day before so it was really cold. We came with a baby and grandparents so this wasn't a great start, and it took us hours to get the house warm. I would suggest the property heating be turned on before guests arrival in such cold times of the year.
