We were given a free upgrade on arrival. We stayed during really warm weather and there was already a fan in our room which was really handy during the night. Staff really friendly.

Lovely modern hotel

Lovely modern hotel sat on the edge of a golf course. Very clean and quiet room with a great shower too. Nice bar area and the restaurant isn’t as expensive as you’d imagine.

Really poor I do not recommend

Hot rooms boiler fault service was awful. Even when I complained no action was taken Over an hour to be served drinks and food despite several requests food was average. When I asked for a manager no one was onsite until I found out the man I was asking was the manager . Really poor and do not recommend

Excellent place to stay

Handy to a number of attractions. Loads of easy parking with access off two roads. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean and tidy. Roomy comfortable room with dishwasher and washing machine. Quiet and nice view over the golf course. On site restaurant. Highly recommended!

Spring Break away

The hotel was lovely, fairly new, modern building. We didn't sample the hotel cuisine and as the title suggests it was mainly golfers staying there for completions, as well as one wedding that was underway when we arrived on the Friday afternoon. Suites/apartments are mainly away from main hotel and reception and golf centre. The only thing I would say as a constructive point is the cleaner's cupboards are right next to the ground floor rooms on some cases, and the cleaner's start loading around 7am... that's fine for golfer's and business trips but for a leisure break probably a little early, we didn't make breakfast any day by choice as we went to local villages for meals as we passed through, there's a Costa an M&S food hall a short drive away on the way into Chipping Norton which itself has all the restaurants and pubs you could want and free parking in the evenings. Would definitely stay again, but there's also many places actually in Chipping Norton to try, mainly within pubs with good food. A pleasant stay VERY clean and good views over the greens and tees

Im not sure how it can be called a hotel and spa when there were no spa facilities? It had a creepy park next to it. Breakfast was not nice very sparse. The studio i stayed in was nice and spacious and i had a good view from the balcony. I dont think i have ever stayed in a hotel where the key to the room is an actual physical key rather than a card? Not a biggy but felt strange to carry around a chunky key with the room number on it.
