This bright and cheerful home is tucked away on a private lane next to the historic Misty's Pony Farm. With a quiet location and a spacious screened back porch, this house is perfect if you want to relax in nature but still be close to downtown. It offers a first floor bedroom and bath. Close to Summer Memories. Now offering WiFi.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund  of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. On the Cheap

From the Ancient screen door that doesn’t latch on the back porch to the utensils in the kitchen this house was outfitted very cheaply. The lighting in the kitchen barely illuminated it. House was furnished from a yard sale with not one piece of furniture matching another. Who ever did the sheet rock work in the kitchen never bothered to sand the repair smooth and just painted over it instead. Many Feral cats wander the Area and the property owner of the house in front of this one is the keeper of them and is unstable to say the least and accused us of trying to harm her cats in a screaming rant. Bathrooms are tiny and one only had the inside liner of a shower curtain. At close to $200 a day after taxes and fees it was far from acceptable!!!
