The room smelled strongly of disinfectant So strong It burned my eyes and throat
To be fair this motel is scheduled for a teardown remodeling in December. Unfortunately I can only review the room we got. I would have to guess that they have decided to wait until then to do any upkeep on the room. The staff (the only gentleman I know of) was friendly and helpful . I really can't emphasize enough how old and degrade the conditions were. If my wife wasn't such a good sport I'd probably be single now. Wait until next year or take your chances.
TV did not work. Bath tub did not drain Room was a non smoking room but smelled like stale smoke
Room was muggy and had an odor. Pillow cases were dirty and have bed bug bites after leaving. Cheap room but you get what you pay for.
I would call this a motor lodge, old facility in need of remodeling. Very small room. The owner is kind enough. Good for an overnight stay. I was here two nights, and I was told I Couldn’t have the same room the second night! I had To pack up and change rooms.
First of all the husband & wife owners are all smiles & very helpful & courteous. The price is perfect! The property is old, but we'll kept. The room was clean. The water was great. Plenty hot water & water pressure for a nice shower. That's important to me. The beds & pillows were very comfortable; very important. There is a tv, microwave, fridge, iron. Pretty awesome!

I will start by saying I just love old motels and this one didn't disappoint! The owner is a super nice guy who is so willing to do anything you need to make your stay better. The back building was built in the 50's and the side one was added in the 70's according to the owner. We stayed in the "newer" building and we were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the room. The beds (which is of course the most important part) were new and very comfortable so we slept well. The room had all the usual things and a mini fridge & microwave. Yes the rooms are old and a bit tattered but isn't that part of the charm? We will defiantly stay here again in the future!
Great hotel with awesome staff. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Very clean, nice rooms with everything I needed for the stay. Will definitely book a room here again next visit.
We checked in, slept, checked out. It met our needs
I stayed in one of the suites. It felt a little stale for the price. Same setup as most common rooms. Except a jacuzzi tub...with a stripped out plug. They never provided room service over the weekend. Just towel replacements. Beds were pretty stiff and the parking was a super tight squeeze. The receptionist was a doll however. It was rather cheap to stay. If I ever make my way back to Chincoteague, VA. I would most likely stay somewhere else.
Nice little place, close to town and attractions. Comfortable bed and room. Will be staying here again.

Water back up in the tube trying to take a shower. Standing in a tube of water. Toilet didn't flush properly, waited 5minutes for hot water to come on.
