This well-cared-for townhome offers a peaceful wetland setting with a shared private pier on the inland creek—an ideal spot for birdwatching and crabbing. All-new flooring and fresh updates make the home bright, clean, and comfortable.
The first-floor living room opens to a screened porch with serene views of nature. The kitchen, laundry area, and a convenient half bath are also located on this level.
Upstairs, the rear queen bedroom features a balcony with beautiful sunset views and has access to the adjoining hallway bathroom. The front bedroom includes two twin beds, a small desk area, and its own private bathroom.
