Check in is atrocious and needs major fine tuning. Booked w Hotels.com and owner claimed we had no reservation. Argued for 30 mins, finally got the room we booked. Had our dog aling when we checked in and altho she was NOT staying they accused us of having her there. Hubby dropped baggage off and then we all left. He was sleepimg in the semi truck and us 2 pilot drivers were staying in the room. On the plus side : Room was nice n new and clean.shower is huge and awesome.

Unit didnt have heat. The workers tried to force me to stay in the cold room. Only offered a bew room when i asked for my money back. When i went to check out in the morning the office was closed with only a drop box for the key card very unprofessional

We stayed 2 nights in the old building. It was quite clean but little of anything one would expect in a room. Two sets of towels with no facecloths, 2 very scant extra toilet paper rolls; a quarter the size of a normal roll. Tiny little bar of soap, no facial tissues, no extra pillows or blankets to be found. The so called kitchenette had no dishes, 1 spoon, a couple of knives. There was no dish soap, paper towels, dishcloth, tea towel or hand towel. The random collection of cooking implements were a mystery as to how one might actually cook something. There are no available electrical outlets. If you want to use the heating element contraption, or any other item requiring electricity you need to clear the top of the mini fridge, replace with the heating elements, etc as this is the only available outlet in the kitchenette which also happens to be right beside the bathroom sink. The TV was missing the second remote that actually allowed you to use the TV, so no go there. One of the reading lamps on the wall had live wires exposed and could have shocked someone. My partner is an electrician and glad he noticed. Overall it seemed like no one had done a walk through to make sure everything was in order; very stingy on amenities. It seemed like management had just taken over and didn’t know much about the hospitality industry; seemed a bit clueless. Having said that, the staff were very nice and tried to bring over most of the missing things we asked for.

Stayed for a quick overnight rest stop. Check in was easy and the room was newly renovated and really clean. Bed was very comfy. Unfortunately the door handle on the inside came off in my hand and I couldnt get out of the room in the morning. A staff member quickly came to open the door, but as I tried to show them the door and give them my key (I was checking out) they quickly bustled away. So I had to leave the key in the room with the door that wouldnt stay closed. Just a bit weird.

They waited for us until past one in the morning when we were delayed by road construction. The property has been renovated very nicely. Modern, clean and comfortable. Really great value for money!

The property is old which I didn’t mind but the room was very dirty. It looked like it was picked up but not cleaned. Mold on the window ledge in the shower, dirty tub and bathroom sink, spider and web in the bathroom, dirty carpets and clean but stained sheets. We would have left but it was getting late and we had no where else to go. The front desk staff were lovely though.

We had a newly renovated room which was nice and comfortable. The shower was great and the beds were cozy. The staff was very friendly and super helpful! They provide a keurig machine with pods for your morning coffee. I think the housekeeping could have been a little bit better. The dish soap dispenser was empty and there were a few cleaning spots that were missed (inside the fridge and bathroom sink). Parking was conveniently right in front of our room and it wasn't too loud considering it's right on the highway.
