2nd time staying here. Our first experience was less than favorable. This time is was way better. Our room was larger than last time (not sure on how or knew there was a difference). Room was clean and staff is friendly. Seemed to be a little pricey for the place, but it does seem safe.
We were a party of 4 and only had 2 towels. We called and asked for 2 more and they never came. They did offer complimentary coffee, but when asked for additional, they said they charged…I said it was fine, but they never brought it either. Our card key didn’t work the next day when we came back late in the night from a get together.
The location is great. The food. The place is clean. The staff is great. The reason why in my book falls a tad short of excellent is layout of the room. The bathroom seemed, at least room 111, a bit, just a bit, out of sequence. I would definitely stay again and I would definitely recommend.
Well my price changed for the number of guest online, that is ok, I undestand that, but when I got there the guy at front desk wanted to count us, also the bar had kareoke and you could hear everything except that I could not hear the front desk guy, took him almost 10 minutes to get to me, because he was trying to charge me again, room is ok not worth the price maybe half of what I pay, I travel a lot and I am sure about this. The room is very clean except the toilet had some rust, and the vents look like they have never been cleaned. They give you remote ls at check in (looks very cheap) and I got 3 rooms for my family, in my room the remote did not work very frustrating as I checked in at midnight and just wanted to rest. I do not give worst rating to this hotel because, it has a nice pool setup, good restaurant and all the other staff was great. Beds are ok comfortable, and great water pressure.
