Zum Haus gehört ein wunderschöner kleiner Gartenanteil mit kleiner Holzterrasse, perfekt für ein Frühstück in der Morgensonne! Ein PKW-Stellplatz befindet sich am Haus. Nur drei Gehminuten benötigen Sie zum 6 km frei zugänglichen Chiemsee-Badestrand sowie zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Edeka-Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Restaurants, etc.
Das helle und gemütliche 50qm-große Dachstudio erreichen Sie über einen separaten Zugang durch eine Außenwendeltreppe. Im Wohn-/Schlafraum mit Parkettboden befindet sich ein Kabel-TV. Die separate und vollausgestattete Küche bietet unter anderem einen Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, 2-Platten-Kochfeld mit Essplatz. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche und WC ausgestattet, ein Fön steht zur Verfügung. Berg- und Seeblick. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher sind inklusive.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Dachapartment in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist wirklich liebevoll dekoriert und super sauber. Ausstattung Küche ist auch wunderbar. Die Treppe ist auch entspannt zu laufen (obwohl ich Höhe nicht so liebe, war es überhaupt kein Problem). Zu Fuß ist man in ein paar Minuten am See und kann traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge in ruhiger entspannter Atmosphäre geniessen. Also eine echte Weiterempfehlung, auch weil super freundlicher Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Was ich mir wünschen würde, wäre eine Schlafmaske vor Ort ( ansonsten mitnehmen, denn ganz dunkel, kann man es leider nicht machen).

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein und ist mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet. Der See ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und hat alles getan, um den Aufenthalt möglichst erholsam zu gestalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)
