In unserem neu renovierten Haus (Fertigstellung ca. August 2018) erwartet Sie eine großzügige 120qm große Ferienwohnung in Holz-Ständerbauweise. Die Wohnung ist über eine eigene Außentreppe zu erreichen und liegt im 1.Stock. Das besondere an der Wohnung ist der herrliche See-und Bergblick von der überdachten, großen Terrasse. Unser Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Ortstrandlage in Ortsteil Egerer. Direkt vom Haus können Sie gemütlich auf Fahrradwegen z.B. zum Chiemsee radeln. Ein Gasthaus und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten inkl. Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar.  
Sonnenuntergang von der überdachten, großzügigen Terrasse! Die geräumige Wohnung ist komfortabel ausgestattet und verfügt über 1 Wohnschlafraum mit einem Doppelbett 180 x200cm, 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett 180x200cm und einem ausziehbaren Schlafsofa, 1 Schlafzimmer mit 1 Einzelbett 140 x 200cm und 1 Einzelbett 90 x 180cm. Die Wohnung mit 6 Betten ist gut geeignet für 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder oder 5 Erwachsene. Zusätzliche Kinderbetten, Reisebetten sind zum Zustellen bereit. Die neue komplett eingerichtete Einbauküche mit Backofen, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine ist mit einer gemütlichen Sitzgarniur eingerichtet. Ebenfalls neu ist das Bad/WC mit Badewanne und flacher Dusche und Waschmaschine.

Wunderschöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung für Familien mit Kindern. Toller Empfang mit selbst gebackenen Kuchen und Kleinigkeiten für die Kinder und die Erwachsenen. Liebevoll und gepflegt eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in einer tollen Lage zum See und fußläufigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns hier mit frischgebackene Kuchen und selbst gemachte Marmelade sehr warm begrüßt und haben uns mega wohl gefühlt. Wohnung ist richtig groß und ist wirklich alles da. Wirklich nur zu empfehlen! Kommen sicher noch mal hier 🤗

die Ausstattung und Wohnung selber bietet vieles, was ich in anderen Ferienwohnungen nicht hatte. Der Empfang mit Kuchen und Plätzchen war sehr liebevoll, die Vermieterin sehr sehr freundlich.

Merry X-Mas am Chiemsee, TOLL

Einfach wunderbar! Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Weihnachtszeit in der FeWo Sternschnuppe! Alles war, wie man es sich nur wünschen kann. Sogar der Hirschrücken ist, Dank hervorragender Küchenausstattung, perfekt geworden. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig (120 qm), liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Der Chiemsee ist fußläufig sehr flott und einfach erreichbar, ein kleiner Spaziergang. Aber wer mag, kann es dort auch sportlicher angehen. Und für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeberinnen können wir uns nur aufs herzlichste bedanken! Wenn es uns wieder an den Chiemsee zieht, werden wir bestimmt zuerst nachschauen, ob die Sternschnuppe frei ist.
