Welcome to Twelve Oaks Plantation at Steinhatchee Landing Resort!

Twelve Oaks is just steps away from the tranquil Steinhatchee River! It is nestled among the most majestic live oak trees making it the perfect place for your peaceful getaway with your large family or group. This home features many outdoor spaces including a large rocking chair front porch including a swing just waiting for you to enjoy your morning coffee. Just steps off the front porch is a brick paved patio with plenty of seating for your large party. Around the back of the home is a screened in porch with a dining table that seats 6.

Inside you will find a large master bedroom on the main level that features a king bed and a seating area. The master suite offers a large master bath with a step in shower and a separate jetted bathtub.
The lower level also includes a large family room with a leather sectional sofa that will be the perfect place to unwind after your day on the water.
The kitchen is completely furnished with all you will need to prepare your "catch" of the day! The dining area has a farmhouse table with ample seating.

Upstairs you will find a second family room and wet bar that is perfect for the kids!
The remaining three bedrooms are all located on the second floor.
2nd master suite includes king bed and private bathroom.
3rd bedroom features queen bed and private bathroom.
4th bedroom has two sets of bunks; twin over full beds which can sleep 6 and private bathroom.
The washer and dryer are also located on this level of the home.

This home offers 4 parking spaces and boat parking at any of the open spaces at the boat dock.

Steinhatchee Landing Resort is nestled on 35 acres surrounded by the most magnificent foliage. There is so much to do at The Landing Resort! Amenities include a pool, swim spa, sauna, fitness center, tennis court, shuffleboard, basketball, volleyball, children's playground, beautiful walking paths and even a petting zoo with goats, ducks, chickens, and rabbits.

Steinhatchee is known for its scalloping in the summer and fishing all year round! Bring your boat, kayak, or canoe and enjoy the water! If you do not have a boat there are several local places that offer boat, kayak, and bike rentals. You can even book a sunset cruise with a local captain! You don't want to miss a Steinhatchee sunset! If you choose to not cook the community offers some of our favorite seafood restaurants. Roy's and Fiddler's are both located only a couple miles from The Landing Resort. You can even take your fish you caught that day to them and have them prepare it for you!

Steinhatchee is the perfect place for outdoor adventure, family time, and just a peaceful place to unwind! Don't miss the annual Steinhatchee Fiddler Crab Festival, numerous fishing tournaments, or any of the fun that goes along with scalloping and fishing!

When arriving feel free to discuss the time of your arrival and accommodations can sometimes be made for those who arrive early or need a later check out time. If this is your first time visiting Steinhatchee let us know and we will be glad to furnish you with information about the area and some of the local establishments. If at anytime during your stay with us you need assistance there will be contact information left in your rental.

What You Need To Bring:
Our rental comes fully furnished. You will be provided starter items, such as one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, and trash bags in the trash cans. Once these items are used they will not be replaced. There is a local store not far from the property where these items can be replaced if you need them. You will need to bring your own personal items such as bath soap, shampoo, and toiletries.
