The air condition was leaking inside the room the breakfast room very small and had to wait 40 minutes to go in. the cleaning person was nocking the door early morning to clean the room ,no respect and finally when i was checking out i want to get my bill recipt and they told me i have to ask to the company who i make the reservation with.totaly desappointed.
The air conditioning was soooooo loud!!!!!! It was extremely painful to spend the night there. Either too hot to sleep or too noisy to sleep. Also the bathroom smelled unclean when we arrived, we asked for it to be serviced and it was just OK after the cleaning. The whole bathroom needs a renovation ASAP. Other than that location and comfort of beds were OK.
Nice hotel, quiet, good staff, clean and safe. The price is valuable.
Me gusto el hotel, las habitaciones, trato del personal. No me gusto que cuando llegue al hotel me mandaron a otro por una noche que no cubría en nada lo que yo esperaba llegando a mi destino. Cuando hay gran cantidad de huéspedes así haya pagado mi reserva completa de mi habitación con anticipación la vendieron nuevamente.
