Andrea Sea Villa with Private Pool, Gym & Wi-Fi

The luxurious and exclusive "Andrea Sea Villa" is 200m from the coast and only 10 minutes drive (6 km) from the center of Chiclana de la Frontera. It also has a swimming pool. On its 2 floors and 200 m² of living space it consists of a living-dining room, a very well equipped open kitchen, 4 bedrooms (see room distribution below) and 4 bathrooms, so it can accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities of this design house include Wi-Fi, fitness equipment, air conditioning )(with heating function), washing machine, dryer and several TVs. Also, if requested in advance a crib and highchair can be provided, making it perfect for people traveling with children. Through the sliding glass doors of the living room, which can be opened completely, you can go out to the unique outdoor area. There, a 24 m² infinity pool (heatable during the winter months for a daily extra fee), an outdoor shower, a comfortable seating area, a barbecue and sun loungers await you - everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. There are restaurants and supermarkets within 750 m and the nearest bus stop is 600 m from the accommodation. A short walk through a pine forest will lead you to Barrosa Beach (8 minutes walk; 700 m).



There are two parking spaces available on the property and others on the street. The indoor parking has a charger for electric vehicles. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

- Daily maid service, including change of bed linen and towels (every 4 days).

- Additional services at extra charge: personal trainer, physiotherapist, wine bar, hair stylist and hairdresser, babysitter, cook, catering, personalized breakfasts, reservations, boat trips and courses (paddle surfing, surfing, windsurfing and dinghy sailing).

- There are 4 beach chairs and an umbrella. There is also a cooler that you can take with you to the beach.

- The swimming pool is salt water and can be fenced.

- On the terrace there is a 12 meter long awning. It covers the terrace completely and protects it from sun and rain.

- Sunbeds are available (2 at the moment, but in the future there will be 4).

- Rituals cosmetics are available in the house.

- Guests can only smoke outside the house.

- Breakfast available on request and for an additional price.

- Room layout:

*Main floor: living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom; the other with a bathroom just opposite).

*Terrace with swimming pool.

*Basement: a living room (sofa bed), kitchen, fitness room and 2 bathrooms: one next to a bedroom and the other next to the fitness room.



Please note that the lower part of the house cannot be accessed from the interior. It must be entered and exited separately, as it consists of independent spaces.

Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
