Our house has sleeping arrangements for 4 adults and two children or 6 adults only.


Beautifully just built house with frontage on Stony Clove Creek, two and a half miles from Phoenicia, NY in the heart of Catskill mountains. Near Hunter, Windham and Belleayre mountains. Great restaurants nearby. 30 Minutes from Kingston, NY.
The creek is good for swimming, fishing and picnicking. The house has a large open deck facing the creek. Mountain and creek views from all the windows!!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a coffee maker, and a phone.
