Amazingly friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. Hotel is beautiful!
I enjoyed the fact that it was in a historic building.
The hotel is in a great location, very close to Millenium Park. We had a great view from our room and the room was beautiful. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Ronald is amazing!!!
The attention to every detail is what I enjoyed. Housekeeping here is amazing the down to the elevator track being spotless. The doorman was super helpful with simplifying directions. Last but not least the front desk staff spot on with fast check in and super friendly.
Great experience. Wonderful staff, clean rooms, great location.
Staff at check in were excellent, it was unfortunate that WiFi and gym were not included.
The property was under construction with no elevator, but all that stuff was minor. The staff, from pickup at the airport to taking me back at the end, was superb. Thanks!
Everything was great. The staff were welcoming everytime you entered the building and very kind. The pool was a little too cold for our child, but overall experience was great!!
