Staff was very nice !! The massages where great! The food was great!! Everything was great the vibe was very relaxed... Not far from the night market , not far from the airport and very easy to get around from hotel ! Loved it!!! Definetly would come back!
This hotel is very good. It has clean bathroom and rooms, nice pools, and staff is great. The restaurant is also very good and not very expensive, we ate dinner a couple of times here. There 3 things to improve: First, beds are hard as stones, 20 people could stand on the bed and the mattres won't even bend down an inch, to give you an idea. Second: Breakfast, the selection is very good, but it needs some minimun requirements of safety, such as: cover the butter and jams, cover the bread... cover things so flies and mosquitos won't stay there. Third: Location, the downside of this hotel is that, you depend on this red taxis/tuk tuk that will charge a minimun of 100 baht to go anywhere, don't let them fool you, sometimes they told us to pay more, for a shorter trip... always stay with 100 or less.
I use this hotel for when I have to go to Chiang Mai for business trips and it always provides a relaxing environment. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location suits me. The only thing missing in the rooms is a bit more space in the rooms and a desk.
Stayed in this hotel for 5 days. It's 850 meters from the railway station, so easy to walk there when you arrive by train. The hotel is nice, little old fashioned and could use some upgrading (the rooms could be a bit more modern), but friendly staff, two nice swimmingpools, and large rooms. We had two connecting rooms with our children. The restaurant serves nice food, but could look a bit more cosy. In front of the hotel you can get a red shared taxi, between 100 and 150 bath to the centre, which is about 15 minutes. Laundry is best to give to Mr Lucky (the taxi driver in front of the hotel) or to a lovely lady just 50 meters to the right. 50 bath per kilo.
A beautiful thai tranquil oasis set in the outskirts of Chaing Mai. Not far from the Airport and only minutes from the old town it's the perfect base for people on the go. The hotel boasts two pools and it's own restaurant, great for those that just want to check in and relax. We stayed in the highest part of the hotel for budget reason but there are more traditional and luxurious pool side rooms available too.
I stayed at this hotel for 3days with friends,it was very relaxing, the hotel has beautiful surroundings and is around 10-15mins away from the city.Good value for money, breakfast was basic but its good for the price you pay for the hotel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We had a Thai massage which was excellent for around £7/8 which is about 350 baht.I would recommend bringing a travel iron as this is'nt available and the internet is up and down but overall a lovely experience.
I liked the hotel itself, it had 2 pools, a nice outdoor restaurant to have breakfast and diner. It was really quit. I did however hate the rooms in the block we stayed in. There were no windows in the room. I never had a hotel room without windows, and that is something that I check now before booking a hotel. We did not have a terras either, so I really felt like a prisoner. It really is a pitty, because everything else was ok. Special + points for the taxi driver across the street. Good prices to every location. At first, he wanted to bring us to terrible tourist places such as tiger temples, manufacturing sites, tribes with long neck woman, so we had to insist that we did not want to go there, but once he understood, he was very helpfull.
The hotel is well located next to the train station. It has different rooms and 2 pools. You can book different tours, massages or services at the reception. The only bad point was that our room don't had a window. The rest was top and lovely! Hint: Book a massage in the hotel ;)
we stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The room looks nothing like the pictures. Bedding was stained and had rips in it. Bathroom is extremely basic. THE AC unit is really cheap only one setting, on or off. so cold when its on it actually made us ill. We had a cold for 4 days. The ac also spat our litttle bits of dirt and rocks. 4 lights in the long dark corridor were out, so it was hard to open the door. The 'hotel' bost its 10 minutes away from the centre, its closer to 20!! As the the road system in chiang mai is one way, its diffuicult to get tuck-tucks/taxis to the hotel and due to distance and location. a lot more exspsensive. We also booked a tour through the hotel whic was a mistake, it was very rushed. the pools were ok and that's the only good thing i could say. I would not stay here again even for free. Overall, its run down and its a hostel posing as a hotel .
a charming and friendly hotel. a walk from chiang mai but well worth it. great breakfast, delightful staff and 2 swimming pools. reasonably priced. we would certainly use it next time and are very happy to recommend
