So, this hotel was a great deal for the orbitz Monday through Friday price but the weekend price is ridiculous! I've stayed at many hotels in this area and would say its a value of about 20USD a night not much more. Breakfast was your basic toast machine, fried egg, cereal, a fried rice option and really watered down juice. The pool area was decent, floor cover on bottom of pool was bubbly but not too bad. Service workers were very friendly. One morning housekeeping came during my child's morning nap and so she said she would come back later, I stayed out longer at the pool after lunch and didnt come back to room until after 5 and she had never come back to clean even with the please makeup room sign on the door. So then by the next day our room was starting to smell like a dirty diaper. The carpets in the rooms need some serious cleaning as they turned our feet black within just a few minutes after arriving and in our week staying there they were never once vacuumed or anything. our hallway flooring changed about every 5-10 feet which made it tripping for a toddler.
This is an excellent hotel for the price. Next to the night market. Close to many reasonable restaurants. Close to the Mae Ping river. Very nice
Awesome breakfast and value for money. Very convenient location!
I stayed at CH Hotel for 3 nights and was overall pleasantly surprised. For the $32 I paid I think it was a good deal. I stayed on the 8 th floor. The one negative comment I will make is the hotel is older and halls and rooms a little worn. But clean and functional . The free breakfast included was decent and the pool was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful . Overall I think a good deal in this price range and would recommend to a friend.
The hotel is very old and the rooms are in a poor state of repair. Location is very good. The hotel is right beside the night markets. It is just a step out the back door.
this hotel was a great value because it was accessible to everything! it is right behind the Night Bazaar (which makes an excellent evening stroll), 5-10 minute tuktuk ride to the Sunday Market, all the bars and clubs in the Sunday market area, and they help you book excursions. the staff was polite and friendly, as was the travel Booker.
I have stayed before at this hotel. It is ideally located for the night bazaar. It is a modest property, but clean and a good value.
Great location overlooking the night market-great price, I was upgraded to a room on the 9th floor-beautiful view of the market! Easy to walk into center city, easy 60 baht taxi ride from airport, staff is lovely and speak perfect english. Tour booking available in lobby-visit the elephant nature foundation!!! Great free breakfast too.
