단독 2층 주택입니다. 방이 4개인데 방이 큽니다.(방1: 더블+싱글, 방2,3: 더블, 방4:싱글+싱글)
물과 수건이 제공되구요. 호텔같이 아주 깔끔하진 않지만, 우리나라 오래된 금호콘도 정도 느낌입니다.
위치는 치앙마이 중심부에 바로 위치 해 있어 좋습니다. 주변에 카페, 레스토랑도 많구요.
주방은 가스 렌지가 있긴 한데 가스밸브를 못찾아 사용 않고, 전기밥솥, 전자렌지와 전기포트 큰 것이 있어 필요시 음식 해 먹었습니다.
방이 여러 개 필요하시고 주방, 거실이 필요하신 분들께 괜찮은 선택인 듯 싶습니다.
그리고 세탁기 및 주차장도 구비되어 있습니다.
