Even though there was a huge language barrier they managed to work everything out for me with a smile.

Room was large and close to Night Market and anything I needed. Staff was very good even when I pronounced Thai language wrong. They were very eager to teach me! I will stay here again when in Chaing Mai.

our first room smelled like urine. So bad that we asked to be moved to a different room at midnight. Luckily they had one room open. The bed in that room was basically plywood with a sheet pulled over it. The wifi was fast and came with a free breakfast so it wasn't all bad.

The Staff was polite and the place had a nice "Thai" design to it. Great sense of home when you stay here.

the most frustrating thing about this hotel is the noise problem. some noise the hotel can't control, like the tall building undergoing construction right next door to the hotel. this noise can go until the middle of the night. but the part that is most frustrating is the noise the hotel could improve. the air-conditioner in the first room rattled and whined, and i had to call to have them fix it. i later moved to another room to be nearer to a friend who arrived later. again, the air-conditioner make a racket, and i had to call to have them repair it. lastly a large group moved onto the floor where i was staying and took over the floor. they left their doors open, shouted to each other room to room, and the children played with bats and balls in the hallway. i called 3 times to ask the hotel to ask them to not occupy the hallway and close their doors. they came up, shrugged their shoulders and left. i won't return to this hotel.
