Pluses: Beautiful grounds lots of room on a very quiet street beautiful design friendly staff if you're looking for someplace out of the way where you could spend some time relaxing, this is a pretty good spot. Minuses: Pretty far from the old city and many of the sites and restaurants and shopping areas (about 45 minutes walking) my room had ants in the tub which then migrated to the bedroom area and got really bad by the time I left.
We had a wonderful time at the hotel. We enjoyed their pool, beautiful facilities, and excellent amenities like the spa services. The hotel staff was very helpful in answering questions and providing excellent service. We would highly recommend to anyone needing a little getaway for a reasonable price.
Rainforest Boutique Hotel was my favorite hotel to stay in during my trip to Thailand. The hotel was very nice and very clean, while also very affordable. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful when anything was needed. The pool was lovely and the decor throughout the hotel was great. The restaurant had a wonderful breakfast buffet and the cooks would make anything that you additionally wanted that was not offered on the buffet line. The lunch and dinner menus were also very wonderful with a great wait staff. The bedding in the hotel was nice and firm, just how I like it! When I come back to Chiang Mai, I plan on staying at the Rainforest Boutique Hotel and plan on recommending it to anyone that is going to Chiang Mai!
The Hotel has the Wi-fi service but I couldn't use internet in my room, so I told them about that many times but still the same, they didn't fix. The driver of the Hotel (taxi service) look like robber . We booked the tour but couldn't go and we canceled 4 days before start but They didn't return our money , so We lost money.
