Room was excellent with all standard amenities available. Two complimentary bottles of water provided daily. No service provided at the pool, but we could order it at the bar and they would deliver it. Pool was wonderful with comfortable chairs and towels provided. Beautiful plants in pool area. Highly recommend this property.

Unique and beautiful hotel!! Large, comfortable rooms and balconies.

I wanted to give this place a good review, but cannot in good conscience recommend this place after what we went through upon checkout. The biggest reason we would absolutely not recommend this hotel under any circumstance, was the way we were treated at checkout. After proceeding to the front desk to settle our bill before departing, the lady behind the desk says to us “housekeeping tells me that one of your towels in your room was dirty”. To which we didn’t quite understand what she was talking about, and I queried her what she was referring to, and responded “aren’t all used towels in fact, dirty, and require cleaning before being offered to another guest?” At this point, she calls up to house keeping and has a back and forth, and asks the housekeeper to bring the “dirty”towel in question down to the lobby. Sure enough, the housekeeper brings a pile of used towels to the lobby, and searches through them in front of the other guests. She pulls out one night with light dirt marks on it that would be present on and used towel found on a hotel bathroom floor. I quickly got the impression this issue wouldn’t die unless I somehow offered to pay her before leaving. She asked me for 750 baht for the towel at this point. Almost $22US for an old, used, white hotel towel we did not damage. After balking, she offered 500 and because she now had us late for the airport I paid her ransom. Emails to management regarding the incident went unanswered. Total disrespect. Stay away

I won't mince words here, this place was incredible. I spent 8 days in Bangkok, 4 days in Krabi, and 4 days in Chang Mai and my 4 days in Chang Mai was by far the best part of the trip. The reason is this hotel. It was just incredible, there are few words to express how over the top beautiful this place was. The staff was just as good. At al times they were cleaning and making things tidy. When I walked close to a door they rushed to open it for me. When it rained people went out as soon as it finished and methodically began wiping tables down and squeegeeing the water from the walking areas. I am very impressed and wish the rest of my hotels during this trip were the same quality.

Over all we all had a most enjoyable stay. Would refer this hotel to friends.

Pingviman is a newer hotel located not far outside the west wall of the old city and also close to the night market area. Our room was nect the pool and was fabulous. Very large bedroom area with a sitting area and makeup vanity area in addtition to a huge bathroom area with a full tub, separate shower, and closet with coffee maker area. Only bad thing was the mosquitos that liked to congregate at our outside deck . Also included a very nice breakfast and had happy area at the pool bar each evening. Mr M at the tour desk was great!! Take your bug spray!!

An attentive, professional staff that goes out of its way to help. A beautiful hotel, with a relaxed atmosphere that was a pleasure to come back to after long sight seeing days.

this hotel is far above the rest and the cost isn't bad either. The breakfast is great with everything you could want. All kinds of Asian and Western Europe and US type food, so you will find something that is right for you. Made to order omelets and made to order eggs so you will have the one that you want with bacon or potatoes. try a salad or fruit and this is your chance to try the Asia food that you wanted to try. This is a very good hotel, with a super pool and tropical surroundings. The rooms are spacious and have the appearance of being made for a king, a really great place to stay. The rooms are done with wood carved features even the floors are wood, not tile or carpet, nothing but first class.

Beautiful Thai style boutique. Good breakfast, very nice staff.
