Gets the Job Done

As far as what you need in a hotel in Chiang Mai, it has it. It has rooms that lock, lock boxes in the lobby, tour options, decent breakfast, functioning AC, and even a computer you can use in the lobby. The staff's English is sub-par, and the general cleanliness could improve. 4 cockroaches came up out of the drain about 3 minutes into my shower. Everything is sorta dusty and grimy, but having said that, I would stay again. You could do a lot worse for the money.

바퀴와 도마뱀이 객실에서 나옴. 타울들은 왠지 쓰기 거북했고, 방으로 밖에 빛이 전혀 들어오지 않음. 2층이였지만... 그리고 욕실에선 이전 사용자들의 털... 을 쉽게 발견할 수 있었음. 추천하고 싶지 않음. 단지, 로컬마켓이 가까운 곳에 있단것 빼곤 진짜 돈이 아까웠슴

このホテルは、お堀からも近く ナイトバザーも徒歩圏内です。お部屋も 問題ないですが、アメニティは、ほぼ ありません。Wifiは、無料です。スタッフの何人かは、態度良くないので、気にしないほうが良いですね。

Well located 15 minute walk to everything

Generally helpful staff who would help with anything asked for. Walking distance to most dining and entertainment areas. Relatively quiet as off the main road but only a 1 minute walk to catch public transport.

Dirty, unsafe, rude

The rooms were not clean and one of them stank like cigarettes. A book got torn while we were away and some candy was stolen too. Terribly rude front desk.

Dirty rooms

The rooms smelled bad. The cleaners broke a book I had left on the bed and took some of my friend's candy when they cleaned the room. We didn't feel it was safe and stayed somewhere else for the rest of the Chiang Mai visit.

Clean affordable quiet

Very nice hotel stayed for one night. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Very clean rooms which is always a plus (or #1 in my opinion). Nice location tucked away from noise but still close to the action. I'd recommend this hotel. Also I'd like to note a few blocks away, around the corner from Gaps House Hotel is a bike rental lady: smile rentals. We rented bikes off her for over a week and even went to Pye! One of the nicest ladies I met in Asia and excellent well cared for bikes for a deal! Go there!!!! :)

Probably a bargain if hygiene is not an issue.

With such great reviews we were greatly disappointed with our choice. When you pay a very low rate you expect less but i always expect the room to be clean. The bathroom was filthy and when i requested it be cleaned I received quite a nasty response from both reception and the housekeeping supervisor who asked me to point out what was not clean. He then got the maid to clean but as they didn't run a tap in my mind it was still dirty. Had it been clean or if i'd had a better, more apologetic response I would have been quite content but their reaction just irritated me and made me want to book elsewhere.

The rooms were just ok. the place can use a little day to day maintenance.as usual the pictures,a lot better than the actual room.The location was great, close to everything.

i honestly expected more for the money, but was satisfied with my stay. other rooms looked nicer than mine. they cleaned the rooms and provided you with 2 bottles of water every day. beds were extremely firm. eggs and toast or continental breakfast. was in a quiet neighborhood, and not far from "the action". friendly staff if you asked.
