The staff were awesome. I would recommend this hotel. Very central for shopping, food.Expedia was great. Everything I booked was ready. The only downfall was flying with AirAsia. Every flight was late leaving by hours which made me close to missing my adjoining flight's

Stayed there for a night. Hotel advertised airport transfer, but it was not free. Room was spacious, almost condo like with separate living room and bedroom. Bedroom was okay, but dresser was big and creepy looking. Breakfast was okay, but limited food choices. Overall, okay stay and close to local night market. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

Great location

The location of the hotel is great since it is very close to the airport, the mall (like 3 minutes walk) and seven eleven. It's a huge mall. It's also not that far from Chiang Mai Night Safari. For the hotel room, it's good for what it costs. The breakfast doesn't have that many options for a buffet but still worth for it's price overall, by being in a good location.

Close to airport but not clean

Book this hotel because of early flight. Hotel is with walking distance to Central Plaza Shopping Center, but still need a taxi to airport. Room is not clean and I saw insects in bathroom. I would not recommend to move to this hotel or any airport hotel as Chiangmai airport is quiet close to city center.

Convenient stay

This is an old property that is well cared for. We needed a quick overnight stay near the airport and this worked perfectly! We needed to store luggage for 4 Days and the staff was extremely accommodating.

Basic economy hotel. No frills. No extras. Was good for a quick night. Not great for light sleepers as you could here everyone on the floor. Amazing vegetarian restaurant 2 blocks away....the Tree Cafe. Excellent local dishes too!!!

basic airport hotel close to chiang mai airport.

This hotel is located very close to the airport but it's free of any aircraft noise.. adjacent to a shopping centre which helps and a short taxi ride to the rest of Chiang mai. breakfast was OK . very reasonable for the price paid.

Marginal Hotel

Bed was rock hard, sleeping on it for more than a single night is likely to give you severe back problems. Breakfast was unedible besides the toast. Bugs in the room. If you're looking for a single night to crash somewhere for cheap in Chiang Mai, this isn't that bad of a deal. Just be warned it is probably more for someone who can tolerate a few bugs here and there. It does have A/C though, which let us able to sleep through the night.

Hotel needs to revamp & make it user friendly!

Room very dimly lit with one single ceiling orange light! No bedside lamps at all. Toilet no space to put toiletries & no hooks for hanging clothes when showering. No shower curtain to protect clothes from getting wet. Air-con just outside balcony directly beside bed making it so noisy even with door shut! Not comfortable at all! Have bad spirit feel when the ceiling light is switched off! Cannot sleep at all!

Close to airport and mall

I only stayed here overnight basically before a flight but it was generally comfortable. Room was clean and bathroom was relatively updated. The staff was pretty helpful in getting me to a nearby washing machine for my clothes and a taxi in the early morning. The floor was a non smoking but there was definitely some maintenance guy smoking at night which smelled horrible
