This beautiful period home sleeps up to 10 adults. It also offers ample parking on the driveway for up to 4 cars.



All 4 bedrooms are spacious and can easily provide a comfortable work area as well as a comfortable stay, The house has spectacular views across Vicars Cross Cricket Club, making it a perfect place for a family or a business trip with colleagues.



It is a short 10-minute walk into Chester City centre down the picturesque canal towpath making this home a wonderful city cityscape.



The Space:

This is a great family home and also a great option for a business trip too. There are large rooms and plenty of bathrooms too so the home is really airy and there's a feeling of space where ever you go. We have two large TVs as well as two dining areas. There's a large table that seats 8 people as well as a handy breakfast bar in the kitchen. We have also provided gated parking for up to 4 cars too.

Basically false advertising student housing

I think the name of the title says it all a lot of basic damage to the house not clean at all all the things that you want when you go away home from home this was not a home from home

Pictures of property present a very different view to the reality. Too long a list to write here however a couple of examples would be that you have to keep the heating thermostat at 30 degrees and the plumbing makes fog horn noises all night so you don't sleep. I'd check all the issues have been resolved before you stay. On a positive note its a great location - lovely walk by the canal into Chester.
