The mattress springs were quite uncomfortable. While the balcony is very nice you can not turn off the light and it makes the room very bright at night. There were no staff in the breakfast area and the coffee was cold. Even a continental breakfast should off a bit more than what was available. There was no juice or any type of cereal or protein. Not even peanut butter was available.

Tried to check in at two but was told to give them more time. There were a total of less than 10 cars for the entire hotel that night. So, they did not need more time because they were busy. Got into the room and there were dustballs in every corner. The sink did not drain properly. We had to go to the office to get sheets for the pullout sofa because there were six of us staying. The worst part was breakfast. When we went down for breakfast there were no forks or spoons so me and my granddaughters fixed and ate waffles with our fingers. We were in the lobby eating for about 20 minutes and never saw an employee. An older couple walked in and I was informing them that there were no utensils when Kaitlyn appeared from behind the curtain and very rudely told me that I should have gone to the counter and told her but she never came out before. There is a loud bell that rings when the door is open and she never came out. The coffee was terrible. When checking out I asked her name so that I could let her manager know she stopped me from talking and told us to leave or she would call the police. We left and were going to our car when she came out the back on the phone with someone asking if they wanted to talk to us. I have never been treated to rudely at a hotel before. Hands down the worst place I have ever stayed and I will let anyone that asks me not to ever stay there!

Horrible stay. Hotel is old and run down. The walls are paper thin and the noise levels are very high. I called downstairs to complain about the guests next door, being so loud and the slamming of their doors, but it changed nothing. Then you can hear the people walking above you as well. I chose this place because it is close to the place I was going for an interview, but I will never stay here again.

The balcony view was nice. There was a lot of smokers around the building, one was standing in room keeping cigarette out the door. It was priced good but felt like a low-end place.

Everything was great. View was awesome. Only suggestion is to make it so we can rirm off balcony lights at night. Too much light in the room for me personally.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was advertised as non smoking. The couch was dirty with stains and smelled. The breakfast coffee was cold. Milk and juice were on the counter at room temperature. The washcloths were stained and looked dirty so we couldn’t use them. The bed was clean and comfortable at least. After this experience we will not stay at a Days Inn again.

The room was in terrible condition. There was a musty smell. The floor was not cleaned. We were offered another room in the top floor but chose to leave the property based on the condition and the office receptionist said it would most likely not be any better. She said the kind of place we would be happy in we would not find there. The pictures on the website did not match the room in which we stayed nor was the property as expected. Awaiting confirmation of a refund once property confirms with you. I have already submitted a claim with you as of yesterday.
