The room was fine. When i arrived i had to wait at least 7 min while the front desk attendant talked with his friend and his mother on his cell phone while he and his friend pretended not to see me standing there waiting.

Great cheap place to crash, very reasonably priced and even offers a nice breakfast in the morning. The hot tub was a big plus as well. Not a 5 star hotel by any stretch but if your looking for a place to crash after a long day, this is a great economical option.

Elevator was broken. Dead cockroach in the hallway for the duration of our stay. Common areas felt dirty. Breakfast was sub-par to say the least.

All of the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. Great breakfast spread that filled up my 4 kids enough to skip lunch. Clean, quiet, comfortable.

We checked the beds for anything when we got to the hotel. However I still ended up getting bit several times on my hands after the 2nd night. I’ve had bed bug bites before and unfortunately those were the same bites I got here. The man working at night was a little off. He had my husband turn off the water that he turned on to refill the jacuzzi. He asked him as we left the pool so I’m guessing he didn’t have to walk and turn it off. Wasn’t a big deal. Just a weird vibe.

Feels like there’s a lot of needs to be repaired with the continue to overlook it elevators out. There’s only one light in the pool area if you’re going to swim at night if you get a clogged toilet, they have a plunger that they have that you can take up yourself and bring back.

After 3 different rooms, everything was fine. The first room didn’t have a tv and dirty linens were left in room, the second room the heat/air didn’t work. The 3rd room was fine except the double pane window was broken on the outside. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The gentleman that checked us in worked to get us in a room that was right and once we found one he made the keys to the room and delivered them. The day of check in, we did get there early and the room wasn’t ready til 3pm, but as mentioned that room was missing a tv. It also had dirty linens left laying on the bed. Not sure what they were doing that took til 3 that it was in the shape it was….. For the breakfast, the couple that managed it was super friendly and took time to speak. They were busy each morning making sure food was out, dining area was clean and making sure guests were taken care of. There was sign that said you had to ask for room service, so when we went to request it, the front desk clerk had already put us on the list. Kudos to them for being proactive. All in all, we’d stay here again.

I made reservations for a double queen with a sitting area and dining room. When I checked in, they just gave us a double room and stated that the sitting area with dining area would be an upcharge. We didn't get what Expedia advertised.
