My wife and I came here for a weekend getaway. It's a beautiful little town in the mountains. Everyone there (especially at this hotel) is so friendly and helpful. We had a great time. The room was big enough for us and it was very clean. The breakfast was good (they have a great waffle maker). The best part about this place was the staff. They're always willing to help, cheerful, and friendly.

Great value and clean room. We were first placed in a smoky room but the office was polite and professional about getting us a different room. Overall, great comfort. Good location 8 mins from downtown Waynesville. New carpets, and some upgrades were in progress during our stay. Breakfast very basic, but good and it was included in the room cost! Beautiful scenery surrounding the hotel (nice view of mountains).

Room was spacious and clean. Had good lighting especially in bath vanity area. An unexpected pleasure was a great two nights sleep in probably the most comfortable bed I've experienced in a hotel with the possible exceptional of the Christmas Inn in Pigeon Forge, TN. I've stayed in rooms at triple the price that provided no better experience. Didn't take advantage on the free breakfast so no comment om that.

Clean, convenient. Little breakfast provided Not fancy but clean and hospitable. Nice mattresses on the beds

I have only stayed at 3 hotels in Waynesville, but this one is, by far, the best. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a nice continental breakfast and enjoyed using the wi-fi to watch a couple of shows. Would definitely recommend it to other people.

Much better than expected. Very good location with wonderful mountain views. Very roomy and clean rooms, wonderful breakfast and staff. I would definitely recommend to everyone. Perfect especially for those who would like a quite place to stay while visiting Great Smoky Mountains. Because, Gatlinburg side of the mountain is too much crowded! In addition there is walmart and other places to shop if you need anything.

I did not get a receipt when checking out. I did get a charge on my credit card and I assume the charge was for that stay. the ROC No. 1535457401 10/18/12 I would appreciate a receipt for my records. Thank you very much and see you next year

Nothing to fancy, but great staff, clean rooms and quiet. Would recommend if you're in that area.

enjoyable experience, staff and management were very helpful and went out of their way to make it a good experience. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

We had a great time, there was so much to do and see. If you really love the mountains this is the place to go. Downtown Wayneville is awesome so many great little shops and great restaurants. We will definately come back. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, close to everything.

I travel to Waynesville 3 - 4 times per year to visit family. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The view of the mountains was awsome! The only thing that could have been better was the coffee pot in the room only made 1 cup at a time. I need a real coffee pot. I will just have bring my own next time. I will definitly be staying there again.

Located high on hill next to four lane yet you would never know it was there. The beautiful town of Waynesville is just a short drive,a must see.

This is a motel, but done well. Sitting just barely off the Smokey Mountain Expressway, it makes enjoying both the dining of Waynesville and the outdoor activities farther west toward Tsali/NOC easy. Continental breakfast not elaborate, but well staffed. Dining options within walking aren't significant...drive into Waynesville or go on to Balsam/Silva/Dillsboro. Hotel provided a toothbrush for one misplaced. Great shower. Average mattresses/towels. Be aware, GPS may have trouble with the address. Try 330 Hyatt Creek RD (the address before a renaming of the road).

We have been staying at this motel for approximately 5-6 years and have never been disappointed. I feel perhaps the inclrease on the weekends are quite a bit much and perhaps it should be re-evaluated.

The Best Western was what I expected from this chain. The receptionist was very helpful with directions. The motel is right off the main road, easy to find day or evening. The motel does not have a dining room but it did serve a more than adequate continental breakfast. Clean and tidy. Local and USA papers were available early morning. The front desk was available 24 hours. Nice view from outside. I would stay there again.
