Really nice hotel. I had a river facing room, and that was very relaxing. I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, and the breakfast buffet was pretty tasty. I would go back.

Hotel is located on the river. Unfortunately we were placed in a room that looked over the parking lot and what appeared to be abandoned railroad track.

It on on the river with a great view. This is my second time staying here and I still like it.

Very pleasant experience. Lovely water view in a nice and quiet area.

Excellent hospitality from friendly staff member Megan. Went above and beyond to ensure comfort for my family.

The river on the backside of the hotel was simply beautiful. We watched a few people go fishing while we ate our picnic dinner on the deck. Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The indoor pool was so clean and warm. Very relaxing.

Hotel was clean and sharp. The hot tub and pool area was clean and well kept. The attendant at the breakfast was very nice and enjoyed talking to. Free breakfast was great and influenced my choice to stay here for sure.

This hotel made our polar express experience a memorable one! This was the first time we've been to Dillsboro so I didn't know what to expect. Its always hard finding a good hotel over the internet because the pictures can be misleading. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The hotel is nestled right next to the river which makes it a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is very clean and updated. We enjoyed the family room style lobby with a cozy fireplace and sitting out on the balcony. Our family also enjoyed the dining room area as well. There was a table that accommodated the 9 of us (extended family came too)which was great for family breakfast. The breakfast food was very yummy as well and there was plenty to choose from! My daughters also loved being able to enjoy the indoor swimming pool during this time of year. We will definitely stay here again!!!

My wife and I were staying there for our annivesary for a couple of days. Reserved a suite river side with balcony. Check in and got a crappy double bed room facing the parking lot and rail yard. We left and went elsewhere.

This wasn't our first choice. We wanted to stay in Bryson City and this hotel in Dillsboro was our 3rd choice. However, this will be our First Choice from now on when we travel to Bryson City. Bryson City is a short 15 minute drive from the Hotel. The hotel sits on the river and the views are great. The rooms are spacious and updated. The breakfast was one of the best for a chain hotel.

We had a wonderful one night stay. We were in the area for WCU graduation ceremonies

hotel was nice stayed here for 3 nights with wife and 2 kids very away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life great views of river right outside our room would definitely recommend

Great spot on the river. We hit a cold week...but would love to stay again when it is warmer. Pool was nice size...kids enjoyed the pool.

Newish hotel with nice modern furniture and finishes, big lobby with lots of seating and a big breakfast bar. I'd hoped it'd be a quiet little river escape, but it wasn't so relaxing. The lighting along the riverside patio is obnoxiously bright, and kept me up at night, shining into my 2nd floor room. I wish I'd found the blackout curtains sooner; they were hiding behind the faux drapes. During the daytime, dump trucks from a nearby quarry run all day long along a road across the river, using their loud engine brakes as they pass in front of the hotel. I found the linens to be nice, but the beds were uncomfortable and creeky. Was also disappointed in their description of "suite" rooms. There's no separate living room and bedroom, there is not even any extra furniture; it's really just like a standard hotel room. They suites "featured" about 80 sq. ft. of unused space not found in other rooms. I suppose that would be helpful to accommodate rollaway beds, but I would've liked to at least have a couch or plush chair there. What kind of "suite" doesn't even have nice soft seating??

Hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location right on the river is very relaxing and tranquil. The only issue we had was the air conditioner was making noise and leaked water on the carpet near the window. But overall, the room was good otherwise.

The location was perfect for our trip and the views of the River were wonderful. I would definitely stay there again. I wish the pool opened earlier so I could have enjoyed before checkout.

Was a nice hotel. Best continential breakfast I have seen in a while. Great view if you are on the river side of the hotel. I booked here because we wanted a indoor pool for our kids to swim in. They pool was closed due to a broken heat pump. We had a leftover coffee filter in our coffee maker and a half used bottle of hotel lotion was part of the travel samples in the room. Overall, nice hotel. I would stay here again.

We were very much amazed at this Best Western. It was nothing short of wonderful. The location on the river was relaxing. Our suite was large and had all amenities. More importantly, the front desk personal we welcoming friendly and helpful. We will be back!

I arrived in Dillsboro about 2 hours before check in time, I did not need the room at that time, but was heading to a remote location for some mountain biking and did not want my personal items left in my truck and since I was keeping my bike in the room overnight I wanted to secure a ground floor room. The lady working the desk was more than accomodating, while a room was not ready, she still let me check in, secure the room I wanted, and let me store my belongings safely at the hotel. I was very appreciative of that since she didn't have to honor my requests. The only draw back, was that I thoought the breakfast was a bit weak, as they were out of fruit and yogurts. Clean room and friendly people. very positive experience.
