One hour , five phone calls from Europe and no possibility to finish a conversation with reservation. Every time disconnection or call misplaced. Appalling for a Radisson hotel which I have used in other country. Of course we chose anotehr hotel close by

Booked 40 rooms for a family event. All went well and a great hotel. However the checkin was delayed and I believe there needs to be a better process to improve checkin time. Otherwise a great hotel and good staff and hospitality. Will definitely go again.

Just back from spending New Years at the property along with extended family. We had rooms overlooking the beach and the rooms, view and evening breeze were all exemplary. The kids loved both the pools, the water sports, the activity centre and the random cycling around the property! The food at the restaurants, room service and the New Years spread were all above average. The spa was also good value for money and had great staff. The only issue was the time taken for housekeeping and room service to respond to requests in the beach villas. This possibly would be better in the pool villas because of proximity to the main building. Otherwise a great resort for a weekend get away.....

It is a beautiful property with perfect location. Has so many activities for individuals as well as family that anyone will have a fun filled thrilling time at this place. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting as it is a great experience

Not at all good with bathrooms, air conditioners, room cleaning is not good irrespective or several requests. Check-in process took almost 30 minutes. Overall location is good, infrastructure is good. We can see sunrise from view point which is good

The hotel is nice but not at a 4 or 5 star level. It is resort style with apartment type rooms setup up. Large property. The checkin was a not fun. They wanted to charge extra for kids when kids were included in the reservation. Had to fight to get that waived. We had 3 rooms, one was a "villa". While it had its own pool, the quality of the rooms did not justify the $450/night price. For this price, the villas should inspire awe. This one was a total let down. Then we had 2 other standard rooms. One had a water leak in the closet and safe did not function. Called for it. They could not fix the safe, had to be replace but not same day. Other room safe did not work, and they fixed it and then again it stopped working. Bathrooms are poorly designed, and just not very nice in terms of esthetics. Wi Fi was free but a problem , since only 3 devices at a time are supported. So kids with ipads and we with our iphones were not all able to surf at the same time. Had to get off the WiFi so others can use it. The one redeeming quality of the property were its pools. Very nice pools and the kids really had fun with those. Nice beach too. Property is well manicured and clean. Staff is nice. Breakfast was good but not great. High tea time was disappointing. When we were leaving, I called for a bell hop to come for the luggage as we had a lot (9 people in our group), but the bell hop never showed. Had to drag all luggage to lobby which when you see the hotel you realize is very far. So for an advertised 4-5 star hotel, this was a poor experience. And this is the first time I've stayed at a Radisson. I assumed the Blue meant it was above and beyond a standard Radisson. But I was disappointed. Before coming here I stayed at Le Meridien in New Delhi and ITC Grand Chola in Chennai. Both properties were amazing. Both are Starwood properties. MR PRASAD, at the front desk was extremely helpful. Helped arrange transportation when we were leaving. Thank you Mr. Prasad. Overall a disappointment for how much they charge for the rooms and the service provided.

We stayed for 4 nights to attend a wedding of a family member of ours. We arrived before the party started, so we had the "normal" stay and then the being a member of the party stay. The room we got was very big and it fit two extra beds for the kids (it took a day to get the second extra bed, so for a night we had only a mattress on the floor and one extra bed). We had AC and fans and a big enough bathroom with a shower. The bathroom was clean, but don't look into the corners and niches or you'll find it not to be perfect (I didn't mind). The rooms got cleaned every day and the staff was very friendly. Communication was a little difficult, when we broke a glass on the bathroom floor, it took a while and we had to show the people cleaning, to clean it off the next day, but then it was fine. Right in front of our room was the pool, so the children could right go into the pool in 5 seconds.(It was the long stretched pool.) Which was great. It was a very beautiful pool. There was always someone watching, so the kids were super safe. When you left and you came back, someone told you were your kids were. The staff was so nice and friendly and greeted you every time you walked by. There was always someone taking care of the flowers and the plants which were really beautiful. The spa was great. I went there to make appointments. The food was amazing, all of it. I bumped into the director of food and beverage and I must say he did an amazing job. The food at the restaurant is outstanding and the food at the wedding was also outstanding. We had dosas for breakfast, I loved them. I am gluten free and it was no problem if you asked the kitchen staff (not the servers) what I could eat. It would be great to have it clearer whether something contains gluten or not, but we worked it out. We took a tour with a driver from the hotel to the temples in town, and he was fantastic. The beach is right by the hotel and there are guards that check if the water is safe and will whistle when you should come out of the water. The beach is nice and you find seashells, but if you walk a hundred meters away there is a lot of trash laying around, the hotel, could clean up the beach a little more (which they probably don't because it is not their property, but it would be nicer) I can fully recommend a stay especially with children. If you need to feel comfortable after a long flight and have your children adapt to a completely different world, this will give you a very soft landing.

We went there for our anniversary. The place is great, and their service is exceptional i must say. Special shout out to Shreya @ wharf for making our anniversary extra special. The beach is also very clean with a nice deck to click your pics. The pool is huge so don't forget to carry your swimming trunks. The food / drink prices are a bit high but other than that everything else is just great about this place!

I had a nice stay here. Excellent Service, though I came early well before the check-in time still they managed to provide me the room in 10-15 mins. Extremely friendly staff, food is also good. Excellent location too

Courteous staff and very good amenities ensured that our stay was comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was very good. The beer menu was limited which was a bummer but otherwise a very good stay overall.
