I recently stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu, and it was an exceptional experience. Though there was a small hiccup with the airport pickup, the team quickly made it up to us, showcasing their commitment to excellent service. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was flawless, and every interaction felt warm and attentive. Dining at the hotel was a highlight, with a breakfast buffet offering both local and international options, and the staff in the dining area made each meal feel like a memorable occasion. The amenities were equally impressive, especially the spa and pristine pool, which provided the perfect spots to relax. The location was also ideal for exploring Chengdu. Despite the initial hiccup, the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu’s incredible service more than made up for it, and I left feeling truly taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!
