Got in early, Checked in early, left the bags and went to visit World Trade One . room was available at 2 PM. It was a short 24 hour trip to New York , so essentially room was needed just ro sleep in it, It was great, the view from the second highest floor in hotel was nice .

Breakfast bar too congested and unorganized. Only one selection of fresh fruit

My wife and I had a great time at the Plaza. The only thing we noticed that would make a big difference is the bedding (sheets & covers) and mattress should be better quality, softer and much less crinkly. The staff was great, called you by last name and was attentive to our needs/wants.

The staff was absolutely welcoming and supported us throughout the check in and check out process. The location is the best when visiting downtown. About 4 minute walk from the 9/11 memorial and Occulus.

First time here -- it's set up for people who want a kitchen and perhaps a longer stay, but was also fine for two nights. Not a traditional hotel but more of a loft feel. Great location if you want to be near financial district/seaport area, and it's convenient to subway.
