Hotel Casanova staff were all lovely and helpful. The location of this hotel is excellent and highly recommended for that. Eateries opposite are very convenient and a very short walk to San Marco square and water taxi. The hotel had recommended a restaurant which on the first night found ourselves without looking at the card given. We took the card for a few nights later and ended up eating there again. A good recommendation.

Beautiful, elegant hotel. Room was clean and well maintained. The room, hallways, and lobby give you the feeling of being in a true palace. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. A little bit of a walk to Saint Marks Square, but plenty to do around the hotel and right on the canal. Highly recommend this hotel.
