I really enjoyed my stay! Overall the property and staff were very nice. The entertainment was excellent. I did not like that wash clothes were not provided in the rooms. It took two days of verbal requests to find out you have to request them through the app. The distance from other popular excursions and attractions is the only draw back.

I loved how when I got there they upgraded me to a Oceanview room. Everyone was just so friendly so courteous so helpful always smiling can’t wait to go again next year. It was a wonderful Mother’s Day refrigerator was well stocked plenty of towels. Everything was just excellent.

Being told not to worry about my luggage because guest services would take care of everything set the tone for a truly relaxing getaway—my only responsibility was to unwind and enjoy the incredible hospitality. The level of service exceeded all my expectations. Chanice at the front desk made a wonderful impression, ensuring every detail was handled with care. Erick, one of the bartenders in the theatre, brought genuine warmth and professionalism to every interaction. In fact, every staff member I encountered was amazing, always ready to assist with a smile and making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Thanks to everyone at Excellence Oyster Bay, my experience in Falmouth, Jamaica was nothing short of extraordinary. David is a delightful host! Come here for an authentic and relaxing stay in Jamaica. We loved the room, it was plenty of space for 1 adult and 2 teens. We enjoyed the gorgeous sunset from the balcony, relaxing by the pool, and the easy access to some isolated and heavenly beaches.

The property is an amazing vacation destination with family. Super family friendly and oriented. Staff is really attentive. Nannies for the kids are very good and the property has great entertainment. The property has suffered Hurricane damage. But they are working on getting everything back in order. Highly recommend for a good, relax away vacation where you and the kids can both relax and enjoy.

The Property states that it is 5 star but inorder to be 5 star the property needs to be remolded and the pools are in need of tiles and plaster also the pools need to be cleaned more offen. The property also states that they have premium liquor Jack Daniels and Jamerson was there so called premium top shelf liquor and the beer selection was mainly one local Overall we have been to a number of inclsive locations and I would rate this location at 3.5 stars.
