We stay at various hotels in the area regularly and this was one of the best staff and well equipped ones we know of. Excellent amenities, staff, and great breakfast. Our only complaint (which we knew going in) is that its a bit of a drive from center Lugano (about 15 mins without traffic or 30-40 with traffic in the AM. Also, the bar was a smoking bar with no non smoking area except for outside of the bar. They still let you order drinks there but would have been nice to sit in the bar without overwhelmed by smoke. Didnt get a chance to try the gym or spa but hear they are nice.
