I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Montecristo Villas at Pueblo Bonito, and I can confidently say it was one of the most luxurious and memorable experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who made us feel right at home. Our villa was absolutely stunning. It featured spacious, elegantly decorated rooms with all the modern amenities you could ask for. The private infinity pool was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean that made every sunrise and sunset a magical experience. The outdoor terrace with a hot tub and barbecue area was perfect for relaxing evenings. The resort itself has everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed delicious meals at the on-site restaurants, which offered a wide variety of cuisine, all of which was top-notch. The concierge service was incredibly helpful, arranging activities and excursions that made our stay even more special. Whether we wanted to explore the local culture, indulge in some shopping, or just relax on the pristine beaches, everything was easily accessible. My husband and I stayed for 7 days, we had the blessing of meeting Gabriel Avila, who placed us in the room, a very polite, kind and very professional person, assisted us in everything we needed, including the room which was very comfortable, with a beautiful view, he had the courtesy to reserve the table for us for dinner time, almost every day, he made us feel very special, he also took care of all the details we had, we recommend it, if you want to have a wonderful experience at the Crystal Grand Los Cabos hotel, the buffet is very complete for breakfast and lunch, they have a lot of variety, fruits, salads, soups, fish, meat, chicken, etc. Angel who served us in the buffet restaurant, wonderful, his education, kindness, and patience with the customers, the service he provides at the table is very professional! That hotel really has a wonderful team, they make you feel at home!! We recommend it, Excellent 10/10

We stayed there for 5 days 4 nights over thanksgiving, it was a wonderful stay. The hotel has beautiful view of the hills and ocean! The rooftop pool is amazing! The staff was friendly and very helpful especially our personal butler Omar! Definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!
