Great location. The place is clean, and staff are friendly and speak English well. I also like the washing machines are available in the hotel. However, during my stay, there was one hotel guest hogged the washer for hours late at night. That was a bit annoying.

Everything was great. You need to ask the staff to help with bags otherwise it is not offered. But upon asking they were helpful. There were steep stairs to my room. Carrying a bag up was hard but I didn’t want to hurt myself trying to carry them down.

This was our best stay in Tokyo, with excellent views of Tokyo Tower! The hotel offers great luxury and an excellent place to relax after a long day exploring Tokyo. The folks at The Fairmont Tokyo are helpful as always and warm and welcoming.
