When connections are short it would be nice if flight attendants announced that passengers should let those that have tight connections to disembark first as a common courtesy. I got to my gate in Dallas and the plane was boarding, no time for "pit stop" ..
All four connections were early. That hasn’t happened in years. good job United:
TSA security was sad! Not many in line however, I feel it took way to long to process people.
timely thank you
Gate agents always seem annoyed when I ask for help. Aren't they supposed to be in a customer service role?
American customer service lines wait times in DFW had over a 2 hour wait for hotel and meal voucher due to mechanical delay causing misconnect. Once the service agent got to me the service was great, but there weren't enough agents to handle the multitude of customer complaints.
I put my TSA precheck number in but it never showed up. Besides that everything else was good.
One hour between flights is not enough! Just barely had enough time to catch my 2nd flight with all the delays that the plane had.
Very friendly staff and helpful
got in early
I was very disappointed with our outgoing flights as our first flight was cancelled and not rescheduled till more than 24 hours later. However my aunt, a flight attendant called in and asked customer service to upgrade my return trip which they agreed to do at no charge. Our return trip went smooth, was on time, had short lines and friendly staff. I ended up paying for an upgrade to first class for one of our flights and really enjoyed that. Overall I am content with my travel, although I am still frustrated that American Airlines does so much overbooking, causing delays when they need to get passengers to accept rewards to take later flights, and also that the economy class seating has become so crowded, small, and close together.
