Enugu has a tropical rainforest climate with average temperatures in the upper 80s from June through October and in the 90s from November through May. Akanu Ibiam International Airport (ENU) is about 1 mile from central Enugu. Consider visiting during Enugu's annual November Mmanwu Festival. This celebration features multiple masquerades and parades, each with a different theme, with lots of food, dancing and music to enjoy.
