Stayed in a North Tower Ultra Suite for five nights. Amazing room and sea views, great food, choice of restaurants and help with activities. Recommend booking upon arrival for best selections. I think this property is gorgeous, situated between the jungle and the sea, and would definitely return. Use the trolley between areas or walk the many stairs and skip the gym. Areas for improvement: We felt like the time share push was a bit much. Many of the menu options are additional prices, even with AI, and I felt like the liquor always gave us a headache, and we don't drink all that much. Very hard to get a chair by the pool. We frequently used the South tower roof pool, as it was more mellow and the service was definitely better. Five Star service should be anticipated, not a need to be repeatedly asked for. Finally, our Butler was not really present, as I would expect - didn't even come to see us off, however our Butler from Secrets, Isla Mujeres set a very high bar. I believe the Concierge assisted us more frequently and efficiently. All in all, a great experience.
