When we arrived in Madrid we had the unfortunate pleasure of being told one of our bags had not arrived. The airline was not helpful so we made our way to the hotel. Once there the receptionist Charo (the trainee) was more than accommodating as she helped us with calling the airline and stayed with us during this stressful time. Our trip was saved in part to her kindness and helpfulness. She is a glowing example of what ALL hotel hospitality should be like, and you are lucky to have her.
