Great location to all the major things to see in Rome. Staff was always friendly and the services from housekeeping to the staff at breakfast were outstanding. They have a bar on a nice roof patio as well and overall will go back when I return to Rome.

Liked: comfortable bed, great view, peaceful, beautiful wade in pool, well kept grounds, free use of kayaks, A shower. Disliked: tv issues, mini fridge didn't have freezer, no real beach and lots of seaweed to wade threw. Pool at neighboring property was a distraction for our oceanfront room.
