We were in town for a rehearsal dinner and wedding. The accommodations worked out perfectly for my family. Comfortable and spacious bedrooms and tv room! Kitchen was great space to lay out food and snacks. Brewery next door was convenient. River City even worked with us and the cleaning team onsite to get a thirty minute early checkin even though I did not request it until the last minute. Great stay and fair price.

Clean and good versatile seating on the main floor. Nice big pantry in the kitchen, but no bathroom on main floor. Also, thin walls between neighbors and beds were so-so.

Great Stay

We stayed for a couple of days to do a few activities in town to break up a long trip. We loved how clean the townhome was and that so much was provided, toilet paper, soap, cleaning supplies, and already enough clean towels. It was a great experience. We visited Ruby Falls, Did the incline to lookout mountain, but our favorite was just walking and doing things on the riverwalk.

It was close to everything we wanted to do but the parking wasn’t the best since they were doing some work in the area. Clean place.

We had great stay at a wonderful place. So clean with plenty of room. The garage has a narrow door but we were able to get our car in and out carefully. Host was responsive whenever needed.

Great location

Great location, walking distance to an excellent bar/food next door. While nearby to a shopping depot, we didn’t notice any intrusive noise. Lots of white noise machines in each room, which we used. parking in garage is challenging but we fit our SUV (very tight). Street parking was a bit challenging in the evening when we came back bc of bar next doorBiggest trouble was the kitchen. Microwave sometimes flips breaker, and then you’re using an exit on cord to a different outlet. Some outlets throughout the house don’t work.

Vacation stay

Excellent-we loved the rooftop patio at night. The location was great- we were near all the attractions! We have 6 adults and 2 children so it was plenty of room with the four bedrooms! We enjoyed the townhouse!!

In Chattanooga for Ironman

Enjoyed our stay. Nice common areas for our group. Had a nice kitchen and beds were comfortable. Was kid friendly for the 20 month old grandson. Plenty of space. Nice (80 in?) TV in living room to watch football games or movies. Everything was as advertised. Oddstory brewery is literally right next door. They had good beer and awesome food. Was very welcome after a long, wet drive. Was a short drive to downtown, but not really walkable. We did walk to several breweries witch were about a mile away. It is in an industrial area. A bit noisy early in the morning as all the trucks packed up and departed. Other reviews talk about the garage being tight. It is. Had a few inches of clearance for our Ford Explorer. Don't think a larger vehicle would fit due to width. I wanted a spotter when I pulled in. Unit has 4 levels so would not be a good place for anyone who has trouble with stairs.

Great location and plenty of room!

We loved the location. The brewery next door had great food and great beer. We rode our bikes to everywhere in the city. Had dinner at State of Confusion and it was fantastic. Beds were comfortable and the space was great for us all have meals and play games after dinner!

Nice getaway

This place was perfect for a friend/kids getaway! Bedrooms on each floor made bedtimes easier to split the children up. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were a call away!

enjoyed the visit.

This property was clean. We enjoyed staying here. Like others have posted, the garage door is small and we were not able to get our Van into the space. There is no toaster in the kitchen. It is next to the brewery which is a nice bonus.
