Hotel and spas in Chatham-Kent

What should I bring to a spa hotel?

First, check whether or not your hotel has a policy in regards to dress code. You'll likely be given a robe, slippers and a towel, but not always. Underneath, aim to be as comfy as possible; tracksuit pants, yoga bottoms, T-shirts and sweatshirts are often recommended attire. Trainers and sports shoes are generally permitted, but restricted to dry areas. It's also a good idea to bring a spare bathing suit and an extra set of clothes along with you.

"Room was small but clean. I did notice a section of the floor was beginning to buckle. I'd also recommend some type of ledge in the shower to put the bar soap."

"Right from the moment i called to confirm some confusion I had with my booking which they quickly cleared up, to the very easy, fast, friendly and efficient check in I was at ease with my choice of properties to stay at during my visit! Upon entering my room I was impressed that it was so clean., had everything i could want or need, to enjoy my stay, roomy and extremely comfortable! Despite there being numerous other guests at the hotel I enjoyed complete peace and quiet throughout my stay, In the morning I enjoyed a wonderful full complimentary breakfast, with perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, waffles, sausages, fruit and delicious pastries to go with my coffee. Check out was smooth and seamless! Every staff member I met was friendly, helpful and professional. The entire property is clean especially my room. The only negative that I noted was there was a slight musty smell in the room upon entering. I brought this up to staff and they took care of it and thanked me for bringing it to their attention. I highly recommend this Hotel as a preferred place to stay while visiting Chatham Kent and I will definitely be returning! Thank you for a wonderful stay to everyone on the team this weekend! Warm Regards, Victoria M."
