There is a great pub down the road, and the village of Maidstone is just 10 minutes away by car. You can even be in London for a night out within 50 minutes. As we do have neighbours we do ask that you are in from the garden by 9.00pm and when outside you are mindful of your noise levels and language. The property is situated in land classed as SSSI (a Special Site of Scientific Interest), and you can enjoys miles and miles of fantastic walk and views.

The county town of Kent has excellent retail stores, pubs, clubs, coffee shops, cinemas and restaurants. Local areas of interest are Mote Park (set in 450 acres and includes woodlands and lakes), Leeds Castle, Chatham Historic Dockyard, Maidstone Museum and numerous golf courses. Nearby towns include Sevenoaks, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Rochester, West Malling, Folkestone, Dover and Whitstable. Brighton is only a 45-minute drive away! You are spoilt for choice if you want to go shopping, with the Bluewater shopping centre is a short 20-minute drive away, and Ashford Outlet Centre is 30-minutes away. Both are accessible by local public transport. If you wanted to go further afield and had your passport handy, you could be in Paris in 2 hours as Ebbsfleet and Ashford International Station are only 20 minutes’ drive away.
